Prof. Dr. Laura Clérico: honorary professor at the University Erlangen-Nürnberg

Professor for Constitutional Law at the University of Buenos Aires; researcher of the National Scientific and Technical Research Council (CONICET, Argentina) and Honorary Professor at the University of Erlangen-Nürnberg for Constitutional Comparative Law and Protection of Human Rights. Studied Law at the University of Buenos Aires (1984-1989), LLM (Kiel, 1996), and a doctorate in law (dr. iur., 2001) at the University of Kiel about the Proportionality in Constitutional Law.  Her current research interests relate to constitutional law, human rights law, theory of law, and gender perspective. She published books and articles about human and constitutional rights, especially social rights, equality, proportionality, gender perspective, and theory of law.
